Body Conditioning & Flexibility

It is so important as a dancer that we look after our body, understand our body and keep it conditioned for dance. These classes aim to build our students strength and flexibility, whilst teaching our students how to stretch safely and properly to increase flexibility that is so vital for dance. These classes aim to develop core strength, and help to tone the body in a safe environment. These classes are only open to those students who study core subjects and meet the required standard.
