Little Stars

Our Little Starlets will naturally progress into Our Little Stars. For those just starting out, we take students from 2.5 years old into our Little Stars classes, providing we think they are ready. Little Stars Ballet introduces the basic steps of ballet in a fun and imaginative way. Our Little Stars dance to music that they can connect with, and use props such as scarves, tambourines and sticky spots to help inspire them, whilst giving them the foundation needed to move up into the Primary grade. Little Stars Tap introduces basic rhythm and beats, all danced to inspiring catchy songs and music. They will learn basic tap steps and will be given the foundation needed to move up into the Primary grade.  Once in Primary, students will have the opportunity to take graded examinations with the I.S.T.D. The I.S.T.D. examinations are accredited by the QCA. All of our Little Stars have the opportunity to take medal award examinations with The UKA, and have performance opportunities.
